Via IP Dragon I stumbled across the CIELA tool. It is a search tool enabeling you to search chinese IP cases and do different typss of analysis across IP rights. For example I can do a search that shows me that in patent cases from 2007 – 2009 the percentage of plaintiffs in patent cases winning their cases has increased from 9% to 50%. A considerable increase showing either that the Chinese IP system has matured or that IP is more widely recognized by the courts.
Indeed a very useful tool.
