Looking at the the United States State Departments plans for combating global IP piracy in 2011 the reoccurring word is training. The State Department has approved fifteen new projects totaling $3.36 million to enable U.S. to collaborate in the delivery of international enforcement training and technical assistance programs on intellectual property rights protection. 13 of the 15 programmes focus on training.Â
