The widely discussed semi secret ACTA treaty is due to be discussed in a working group under the Danish Parliament Friday. The Danish foreign minister is asking for a mandate to negotiate and sign the treaty. Documents for the meeting available here. In the document it is said that it is uncertain what the effects on Danish law will be. The Danish position however is that a starting point for the negotiations must be Danish law and its level of enforcement. This is positive in the way that the starting point for the Danish point of view will be to maintain the current Danish legal position. This however is not the same as saying that the end result will not change Danish rules.
