Sitting in Copenhagen in the days of the global climate conference I have collected bits of green IP news :-)  

 

  • U.S. Commerce Department’s Patent and Trademark Office to Accelerate Review of Green Technology Patents to Speed Deployment to Marketplace. Also on Kappos blog.

  • IPEG has a large piece on green patens well worth a read.
